Our objective in regard to forming alliances is quite straightforward. This will entail an agreement for cooperation among two or more independent organisations, corporate, organs, individuals, firms to work together toward common objectives in marine disciplines. Unlike in a joint ventures where complications may arise who pays for what or who, a strategic alliance do not form a new entity to further their aims but collaborate while remaining apart and distinct and maintain the proud identity through collaboration.
