We will appreciate any marine discipline photos or historical photos you may consider entertaining or has documentary value. Photos received will be placed on the Web and anyone can send in his comments as to what photo is the best photo for the month. This will be recorded for a final decision every three months. Every three months a panel of judges comprising of relevant reporters from selected newspapers will make a decision. So, if you have photos, let us see them.
